**കോഴിക്കോട്: **നിയമസഭാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് സത്യവാങ്മൂലവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മന്ത്രി പി.എ. മുഹമ്മദ് റിയാസ് മറുപടി നല്‍കി. സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തില്‍ യാതൊരു വിവരവും മറച്ചുവെച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നും, ആര്‍ക്കും അത് പരിശോധിക്കാമെന്നും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയ അദ്ദേഹം കള്ളപ്പരാതികളെയും വ്യാജ വാര്‍ത്തകളെയും നിയമപരമായി നേരിടുമെന്നും അറിയിച്ചു.

നാമനിര്‍ദേശ പത്രികയില്‍ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ മറച്ചുവെച്ചുവെന്നാരോപിച്ച് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച സ്വകാര്യ പരാതി 2026 മെയ് 16-ന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി തള്ളിയതാണ്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഹര്‍ജിക്കാരന്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെഷന്‍സ് കോടതിയില്‍ റിവിഷന്‍ ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കിയെന്നാണ് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്.

കോടതിയെ ആര് സമീപിച്ചാലും എതിര്‍കക്ഷിക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് അയക്കുന്നത് തികച്ചും സ്വാഭാവികമായ നടപടി മാത്രമാണ്. അത്തരമൊരു നോട്ടീസ് ഇതുവരെ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നും, ലഭിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ വഴി നിയമപരമായി നേരിടുമെന്നും മുഹമ്മദ് റിയാസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

ബേപ്പൂരില്‍ എല്‍.ഡി.എഫ് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥിയായി മത്സരിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ ഭാര്യയുടെ ബിസിനസ് ബന്ധങ്ങളും സി.എം.ആര്‍.എല്ലില്‍ നിന്ന് ലഭിച്ച തുകയും സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങള്‍ സത്യവാങ്മൂലത്തില്‍ മറച്ചുവെച്ചുവെന്നാണ് ഹര്‍ജിയിലെ പ്രധാന ആരോപണം.
