മൂന്നുമാസമായി രോഗബാധിതനായി ചികിത്സയിൽ കഴിയുകയായിരുന്നു. മുസ്ലിംലീഗ് സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി, യു.ഡി.എഫ് ജില്ലാ കൺവീനർ. ചന്ദ്രിക ഗവേണിംഗ് ബോഡി അംഗം എന്നീ നിലകളിലും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
